Michael Barlow
Executive Vice President
Michael’s 20-year business banking career included both risk management and origination experience. In 1992, he was Commercial Credit – Portfolio Manager at First Merchants. In 1996, Michael joined Provident Bank as Credit Manager in the equipment finance group managing an $850mm portfolio. In 1999, he transitioned into sales in the Corporate Aviation Group. Provident was acquired by National City in 2003 where Mr. Barlow served as Senior Vice President in National City’s Corporate Aviation Group. As a leading lender to the business aviation market, Michael originated over $1B in retail and wholesale aircraft transactions and pioneered lending products to manufacturers and aircraft dealers. Michael also served as Chairman of the National Aircraft Resale Association (NARA), Associate Members.

Rae Buck
Executive Vice President
During the last 22 years, Rae has served in a variety of asset risk and origination functions for leading financial institutions. He managed the asset functions for large transactions at the equipment finance group at Provident Bank, National City Bank and successor PNC. He arranged the sale of a portfolio of fifteen commercial aircraft leveraged leases and was one of three board members that directed a liquidating portfolio of 90 commercial aircraft and engines. Rae was responsible for the successful management of troubled aviation assets including negotiating transactions and the placement or redeployment of returned aircraft. During the last ten years, he originated more than $800mm of new aviation transactions. Rae is an ASA certified aircraft appraiser, and received his MBA from Babson College.
